Shipping Policy
Orders are generally despatched within two working days of receipt. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail second class post. Larger orders may be delivered by courier.

We accept orders from some overseas countries. Additional postage charges will apply - please contact us before placing your order.
Return & Refund Policy
Our books are extremely competitively priced and our margins are very small. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. In the unlikely event that you are not (it hasn't happened yet!), you may return your order for a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the return postage. Regrettably, we cannot refund books that have been personalised.

If your book arrives in a damaged condition, we will be happy to send a replacement free of charge.
